The problem is that I put EEPROMs from another model into the car, and with a used ignition key from a junkyard, it starts and turns over, disabling the immobilizer in the ECU. However, when I put the original EEPROM back in, it's completely dead. The car was stolen and only ran for five kilometers. I think they erased something from the immobilizer. I'm not very experienced, but when I compare the two EEPROMs, the original one is missing something on line 50. Could someone please check it for me?

Using the original EEPROM, I scanned it with VAG-COM and it detected the immobilizer and said it was ready to start, but there's no ignition. I know the internal relay is fine because I flashed it with a used flash memory chip and the car unlocked the steering wheel and turned on, and it started, but it doesn't detect any system, not the engine control unit, the instrument cluster, or anything. It's driving me crazy.
