Guide: How to use FlashFXP to FTP to your Dreambox

Hi All Expert, I am very new to this technology, i am not able to connect to my Dm500c using FlashFXP or DCC. In FlashFXP it says,
' [L] 220 Welcome to the PLi dreambox FTP server[L] USER root
[L] 331 Please specify the password.
[L] PASS (hidden)
[L] 530 Login incorrect.
[L] Connection failed' .
In DCC, it says,
' Telnet Connected
FTP Connected
Model DM500 detected.

Bootmanager: not found.
Telnet Disconnected
Telnet login incorrect! '

The configuration I think is Enigma 1, PLi Jade 20090627 and using Evocamd 2.17b.
Please Help!

Hi I have a always on Green LED and the dreambox is not responding to the remote.
Had read the forum on the need to flash and the need to backup the Keys / SCCE.
Had tried to use Flashfxp and DCC and Filezilla but unable to connect with my dreambox.
either is error 10057 or fail to login which i assume that the seller of the box had changed the default Username and Password.

I can flash it using the Null Cable but am concern on the Keys / SCCE.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Please PM me if need to.
