New secondstage bootloader

Hi, two questions here
a) how do you update key manually eg directory structre and name of file to edit?
b) Keylist file do you just create a blank Keylist.txt file in note pad on pc and ftp to /var keys folder?

Why not use the Nagrarom Auto Update Fix though?

I have got the nagrarom files etc but not sure it is updating correctly how often do they update?

i tried many secondstage but they are not working
