How do you connect the Dreambox 500s to a dvd or video to copy programmes when there is only one scart connector on this receiver .

You need to use the composite out connections (yellow for video, red/white for stero audio).

Most dreamboxes come with a composite cable in the box.

You can also get a composite to scart cable which would make it easier.

most dvd recorders have 2 scarts...go to the dvd, passthru to tv...your...this means you can simply hit record and its done...also you can view on the tv...i connect the dreambox to this way and use the hdmi output into the tv from the dvd.
