when you say its frozen m8 do you mean the picture is freezing or your box is competely froze and wont do anything

using dw 2.1 im gunna try dk1.1. it is completely frozen. when i turn it on it goes to the image of sky sports 1 when it 1st froze. no bbot up screens. nothing
