How to JTAG a DM500

Are you using a Null modem Cable with Dreamup software to put a new image onto the dm500 ????, (Untick use network) this is the only way after Jtagging in a new bootloader.
You cannot use FTP to load image.
If still struggling you could have a hardware problem if no lights on box.
UPDATE : Try this lot (Attached) for DM500 Cable, it worked on mine

just use a null modem cable and dreamup to flash new image. Your image is corrupt. Does not require JTAG.

My DM500s has not any JTag connector.

No connector pin, use pogo pin only for yr jtag. Read back for more info n jpg.
