No, bootloader is different, I think you will need to google for info, unless anyone can point you in the right direction.

I would start to suspect the Asix ethernet port chip. I have read several reports on various forumf of the same symptoms and failure that you describe.
You could prove your system out by trying a borrowed DM500 on your setup/connection.

i cant use my network thats the problem i can only telnet via a com but how its a clone i now my mac is changet via jtag dos into 00 09 34 01 24 38 this shows jtag in dos mode

LOL - that's the same flash thats on my linksys wrt350n router - it's 8 meg.

You can dump it with a usb jtag to examine the boot loader but you need to use a normal jtag to flash it.

Believe it or not you can get the source code for making the jtag app from dd-wrt's website and mod it to work on these dreamboxes.....handy if they ever bring out new flashes. It needs to be compiled under linux though.
