My DM 500C cannot watch channel 225 and 226

i try 3 times, i still get error, upload aborted. i reliase my box light is always on green light no matter how much i press, it cannot be off the red mode. may i know what can be done??

I assume that yr comport connection with other dreamBox are ok except this box. This box Boot-loader corrupted, cant use dreamup. Try use telnet ip 192.168.1. ( 2 to 10), if still cant connect, u hv to change the flash chip 28F640.
