I have helped some peeps with this & I am not getting any feed back on anything. None of you have answerd emails or PMs.

The cable.xml has been downloaded 16 times & none of you have left a comment as to if it works or not?

Come on peeps if i dont get feed back I cant help & you know they will roll them keys again.

So from now on you will need to have 10 posts before I will answer anything about Singap*re Starh*b.

You need it to scan the channels.

You will have to ask your questions a bit clearer M8. But if your talking about cable.xml they work in alll images

Ok
lets start at the begining.
1:you have installed the pli image?
2:downloaded a cam from the addons menu ?
3:download & install the latest keys & roms?
4;scaned for channels?

I've a DM500c, was able to view all channels until yesterday. I can list the channel but when I select to view channels, it just display a blank screen. I'm from Sing*por* and would like to seek some help out here. I know nuts on the DM500c

Looks like S-SH has just rolled their keys again.
I'd like to understand just which are the files that get processed and affect whether a channel can be de-scrambled?

In this default image which worked until recently

In /var/scce, there are only 4 files:
eep11.bin
nagrarom11.bin
ram11.bin
rom11.bin

cam installed: mgcamd (but it shows as *hub)

Just to add on, the mosaic 20x screens are showing both video(s) and audio... it's just the individual channels which are completely black.

hi despdan... thanks very much for your help... as mentioned, the stuff that you sent worked...

the only thing that didn't work for me was the update key.. it reported "cannot execute var/.... (check rights)". having said that, if you telnet into the box and tried to do it manually, it seems ok... but i think the new keys has not been updated at the update site yet...
