i deleted some channels by mistake

jim if you know nothing about these boxes whatever you do DO NOT factory reset otherwise you will be left with fta only as this will wipe out the keys and roms.

cheers 4 that mate i was just about 2 do that the channels r nowhere on the box now after i deleted them from bouquets and done a bruteforce scan

If you have split the cable try removing the splitter and use a direct feed into the box then rescan. only other thing i could suggest is buy a booster - i need it for a few channels on my box.
