dreambox 500c ok for nagra 2 ?

I think there both linux boxes Ipbox/CubeRevo yes but not 100% sure on Itgate as I don't have one. Yet.

in my case. dreambox"s very versatile you can throw almost
anything at them without being restricted by anyone or anything. other boxes you mention are controlled by the mak.ers
ie if you had fix for dream everybody and every box would be fixed. its a money thing but it works both ways

just to let you lads know upc in ireland are sending g02 cards out (fact) i got mine two days ago! to make matters worse ive gota pay 500 euro to get box and ird thats after paying 250 to open a07 less than 2 months ago.

For a newbie you seem to know a lot (more than I) ! What does getting the box and IRD allow you to do with it ? [I don't venture outside this section much]

ipbox and itgate are both linux with an ethernet port!

itgate box is very very very like a dm500, except our picture quality is better,more flash memory, sound is louder, we have component(RGB) output, and my UR image,, and of course a working n2 emu!. oh and the 220 model you can connect USB hdd

your boxkey will be same unless they swapped your box, from the A05/A07 anyway
and i doubht very much you have anything A07 either! if you got an boxkey someone has dumped an A05!, and if that was the case you should have the keys and the dreambox would be working, but hey look,,, its not,
i can assure you, i have a member who got a new card on Tuesday this week with sports package and card was still 110A07.

i was just pointing out fact.I recieved g02 that is a fact and for the record my 500c is working and quite a few others. waiting around for someone or some company to get a fix isnt my thing
by the time fix is out for commercial reasons obviosly db will be one of last, we will be moving n3 and so on and so on. you said about picture quality you have only just got your picture back so wat were you watchin?. db is basic and versatile most boxes you talk about are good if you like this as a hobby personly i like watchin reliable tv.

i know there also sending 142's,, know of member that recevied one of them this week too!, i'm well aware ::
you make me laugh about the picture quality statement tho,, i) im not in dublin or anywhere in ireland for that matter ii) cables shite anyway, im a SATman iii) i also have about 5 dm500.

ohh and yes i know its very plausable a dm500 is working in dublin, i fixed one myself for a very good friend free of charge of course i would however be very intersted in your fix... can you tell me which emu your using?

And just for the record i havnt had to go around buying this box and that box or the latest crap. you seem fairly well up on this so tell me wats this kryptview and a few others going to be used for 6 months from now??????? ive been using the same 500s on sat seen for six years how much have you spent in that time on doorstops.

roflmao, the kryptview will run until they moveover to n3, the starview4 will also be a doorstoper.
the iTgate however is as good as your dm500s and better, so its probably only hope of working the n3 would be a cardsharing setup.,,,,, unless of course there are some massive changes across the waters in the n3 scene.
none of my boxes are doorstoppers yet, and never will,, there all linux based with networking capablities, and there all satellite boxes

1) if your db is working, surly its fixed? i really dont understand this .. its either working or its not,, if its working your either in chorus land n1 or your box is fixed?

2) i think most people will know of course ive managed to dump an A05,, how do you think my team managed to fix our iTgate boxes??
3), the keys cant be public for various reasons and im not being the one that buggers things up and gives upc the inspiration to start some emm fun.I have a vetted interested in the iTgate box,which is currently running fine on n2 dublin.

I think you mis-understand me also,,, so will not even try to start explaining.
there is only 1 emu that will work on the dreambox that i know off on upc, even with the correct keys,, lets just say we could have even prevented this!!!, then the dream really would be stuck up shit creek. if someone like you has paid for data off an A07 surly the final piece of the jigsaw is complete? no?

I think your very wrong,, Devilfish and his moderators do a great job on this site, helping many many people!, the site in whole is a credit to the cable scene!

Well we can be agreed on that.. as i said in the first reply, the iTgate box has a ethernet port , and IS as open source as the dreambox. And i think EVERYONE knows already the final destination for poor ireland UPC will be Rom142.
