Dm7020 V2 Can't View Channels

Hi All Experts
I had a Dm7020Hd V2 and the image is Newnigma2 v4.0.9. I had installed Mgcamd 1.35, SGSH_Bouquet_Pugin-0.3.4_mipsel and the keys / scce to the respective folder using Dcc E2. But still can?t view the cable channels. Where have I done wrong?

Hi All Masters,
Please see if I had done correctly, using Dcc E2, I had Ftp the files and folders (keys, scce, cables.xml) to the appropriate location as follows,
1. keys folder is located in /usr/keys/
2. scce folder is located in /usr/scce/
3. cables.xml > save inside /etc folder
4. mgcamd1.35> is located in usr/bin
Dm7020Hd V2 is able to scan and receive all the cable channels (without the numeric channels) but they appear blank and no sound.
In the forum I realized there isn’t any discussion or images or software with regards to Dm7020Hd V2. Therefore I presume there is no correct mgcamd files written to suit it. As such it needed to be re-written. I understand all this takes time, so I have to be reasonable to pay for this services and teaching on how to program it. If required, I can bring the set to your place for ****yzing.

Can be both, there is a Sat and Cable input.

Did you install the sgsh bouquet plugin 0.3.4 or did you remove it? Believe this plugin does not work anymore

Did you mean this SGSH_Bouquet_Pugin-0.3.4_mipsel? If it is, then I did, but after installation I reboot, hang and can?t bootup.

I regret buying it now, if I had earlier surf around this site before buying it would have make me realized it is not common in Singapore, I would not buy it instead of the Dm800.
So all Shifu, please help!

Tat's relief to hear! This is a very good set, the saleman recommended. it could record 8 shows at the same time. This is also my main reason of buying it. Its feature is almost same as Dm8000 at a much lower price.

Irregardless of model, dreambox should be able to decrypt all sh channels if correct settings is applied and provided it is using the correct tuner. If your box is able to scan and get the channels, then it is using the correct tuner. I do not own this model but here are some of my suggestion that u can try.

1. Download below the latest bouquet and transfer the files using dreamboxedit to your box as dm7020hd v2 is still using enigma 2 settings.
E2 Bouquet 29MAR14 - Download - 4shared
2. Try out if u can view the fta channels.
3. Fta ok, next go for the encrypted channels and most likely u will not be able to view them.
4. For that, ftp the files to appropriate location as follows,
i) keys folder in usr/keys/
ii) scce folder in usr/scce/
iii) config file in usr/keys/ ...can try and download this one=> mg_cfg - Download - 4shared
5) Install softcam mgcamd 1.31, 1.35 or 1.38 via blue button on newnigma services.
6) Once installed, select the softcam and do emu restart.

Can view all the channels already or only fta?
