DM500 Dreambox 500c steps for setting up from scratch

Hi can any one help me get my channels back? All channels went off, i did a rescan through bruteforce and got all channels back, i then turned the box off by accident and lost them again, doing a rescan isn't bringing them back this time, is there any thing i can do or is it broke now?

Hi i'm also trying to set my dreambox up for the first time. However my problem is that my virgin cable connector wont fit any of the connections on the back of my dreambox. Is there another way to connect this up so as i can recieve the channels that i already pay for on virgin through my dreambox??

Your Dreambox probably has the RF type connector in the back whereas your Virgin cable has an F-type connector. You should get yourself an adaptor from Maplins or somewhere like that.
