How did you return it? parceforce?
Check your tracking to see if dvbseller has recieved it if so email them for am update.

Damn.. only just seen this thread.

I had a similar problem witha box from DVB Seller. All I did was disable the Background Service Scan (or what ever its called) in the settings and it never did it again!

nothing you can do mate i sent it via royal mail internatonial sign for but nothing showing on royal mail and dvb havnt replied to my email maybe it one of those few million backlog letters and parcels im ok its for my friend and he keeps asking me

For this reason alone i refuse to get boxes for friends etc,i always get them to order/obtain them.
Otherwise if you get them and end up with a duff box,its a right pain and hassle.

I've sent a fair few back to dvbseller with parcelforce, normally took mine about 10days to arrive. When dvbseller recieve it, they just update my RMA status on their site to say recieved or something. THen next update is to say they have sent replacment with tracking number.

I did have one go missing, which pissed me off. But parcelforces fault.
