keys and scce files gointo /usr/
if i remember correctly there might be a keys and scce file already in the image so delete them and put the new ones in

i dought cccam will work
you realy need evocamd
have you got all your channels scaned yet

Yes all channels scanned but can only view FTA nothing else.

I did this but it still never worked. Looks like i need to find that file.

Just read this on this Forum "The Pli team already have this on their download server. Use the Blue button > Software management > Downloads > Softcam > Evocamd 2.... It will install automatically once you download the file from their server."

do what it tells you and look for evocamd, i am about 99% sure they will have it on there download panel if its connected to net...

yes that should do the trick,,,, now if your key files are ok, you want to make evocamd your default softcam ( blue button usually ).,, and leave on a premium channel for a few mins

i set it to Default softcam have gone on preium channels no joy, just rebooted box and no joy. I can only assume i have put keys in wrong place or they dont work.

I think i need to do two things, find out where the latest keys are and how i upload to that folder "USR" In the file structure on the 2nd page its not there, but if i browse using Internet Explorer i can see it but not sure how to upload there, may try an FTP client.

Can anyone PM where i can downlaod lastest keys to make sure i have the right ones.

Any keys will do as long as they have the fixed AU roms,,, as it will autoroll the latest keys......... and there on a link on here somwhere

and in intenret explorer click, open in windows explorer,,,,
or use a FTP client like you say..

now have working keys in "scce" and "Keys" folders. but cannot get itto any other channels over than FTA. I have pushed blue button and set "Default Softcam" to evocamd 2.27b but no joy.

It must be something very simple im doing wrong.

press Green to restart cam,,,, if not open after a few mins you not put the ones i sent you in correct place,,,,,, or there is conflicts in your .var and /usr

I did a restart and just tried a hard reset, e.g. pulling out power cable still no joy. When you push the blue button to install things there loads of things there do i need to install anything else ?

if it still dosent work try this it happend to me once before
go into /usr/ delete keys and scce

then

go into /var/ delete keys and scce

go back to /usr/ and replace keys and scce files

restart the box

might help
