DM600 only red light on front

hi guys i was inside the box to put a hard drive in and took out the ribon cable going to the front of the box where the power button and the lights are. now i,ve put it back together the light only goes red and the remote wont work with it. any help would be great.

you might have to reflash and see if the problem is still there with the remote control

u might be barking up the wrong time m8 .. red time is hard drive .. sounds like the harddrive isnt in right to me .. up plug the drive and see if its ok then

yep but i,m getting nowhere with dreamup. on both of my box,s dreamup tells me its a 600pvr and hangs .??????

if u have a lock out u need to boot box from wall plug while its sending the firmware . but if the harddrive in wrong the box will lock out

got it sorted.it was the pins on the power switch ,there was 4 rows of pins and 5 rows of holes on the block. it was in the wrong set of holes.thanks for the help guys and i hope this helps someone else. now to get my dreamup sorted..........
