I work with a guy who,s friend lives on the border china/hong kong and he has recently said that they are having a big clamp down at the customs division so its a little harder to get anything over the border......so relax they will arrive

Dvbseller charge approx ?20 per box for shipping to uk. It works out about ?2 difference between the two.

I Ordered a 500c from these guys for ?49.99 + Shipping @ ?11.99 got my box for ?61.98 not a bad deal at all, came with a Enigma image which i promptly flashed with a Dw v2.0 image all is working fine.
However shipping took 2 weeks due to the security around the Beijing Olympics they said. but really not sure if this is true as i ordered it on the 20th August it never cleared customs until the 29th.
Anyhow first thing i done was to void the warranty by having a nose inside the box,and to be honest it's really well put together,original card reader with a Philips NXP tuner, apart from the original having a engraved LAN port there really isn't much to distinguish these apart from the original.
I would most definately use dvbmonkey again,although i would expect it to be delivered in more like 5 days next time.

I ordered a replacement 500 for meself on the 6th of september. All I got was an order number and nothing else. Cannot get reply to e-mails and there is nothing on my account to list when the box will be dispatched. Is this normal for DVB Monkey or am I just unlucky ??? i ordered 4 weeks ago and they arrived today a 500c and 500s
dont be disheartened by that online tracker as when i was given my tracking number it was a week before it acepted the number then an other week to get to china post office then a week before being handed over to uk customs then 2 days after customs release before i recieved them
