Flashwizard and dm500c

Hello everyone,
just a basic question,can I flash a dream 500c with flashwizard with ethernet cable on the network as you usually do with the 500s?

most images will not work as they are classed as maxvar images and are a bit different as they are bigger so flash wizerd pro will probally crash the box
so use dreamup

what do you mean,crash the box while flashing or I will have an unstable box?
I flashed couple of dm500s with flashwizard never had a problem.

it depends.

if your tying to flash a .fw2 backup over a different image thats not made by the same team, Most likely will brick the box, .

best way is to flash a raw image before the backup fw2 image using dream up, but you can flash it with flashwizard pro , but needs to be under 8mb in size.
