Lost channels on dreambox 500c (virgin med)

As Ted said. look in the all channels list (go into a bouquet and press the red button), scan down the list and see if the blank/missing channels are there. You may need to copy the working version of the channels to your bouquets.

i have two folders in there, ones adult and ones bbc, i had a look in them and they dont contain the missing channels i'm on about.

(no last scanned folder)

anyone any ideas ?

delete all missing channels in bouquets and same in all services.. do a bruteforce scan and all the channels will re appear in all services just put them back into specific folder and there you go.. takes a wee bit of time but works a treat.

ok done that now mate, plus the brute scan etc, and yes the channels appeared again on the all services list, but they are same as before, not getting any picture

Finally sorted it by auto scan on Grimsby 1 NTL.

Sorry forgot to say in my excitement.
Glasgow area,
lost most of the discovery channels bout a week ago, been messing about with it since.
My 500C hasn't missed a beat in over a year, so fingers crossed.

Maybe your emu is turned off. If you are using dk image hold on the info button on remote and restart the evocam. Hope this helps.

I'm Glasgow, and its a DW image (DW 2.1), always has worked perfect until now.

the tuner driver is set on "old" as its the old tuner thats in my box, you think i should still try the new driver ? thats never worked any better before.
