Secondstage Bootloader (antifreeze) - No more freezing

Unzip the file to get a .nfi file. Don't know what to do with it but it extracts ok, unlike the first one.

it says the archive is corrupt i tryed eveything i also tryed to move the nfi file but still gave me the same message are you using winrar devilfish?

I tried it on my PC in work the other night and it didn't work, kept saying it was corrupt, then I tried it on my home PC and it's fine.

nope still no luck thanks for trying delvilfish i still cant find anyway of finding that folder by winrar or just the file itself.

Each time i try an select this file it doesnt find it at all and at the bottom when using dreamup it says files of type Dreambox Flash Images (*bin: *img) and you cant pick any other file type so how can i flash the secondstage nfi format file?

harry you have a dm500 why do you want this its for the dm800 which is why your having problems

oh its not for dreambox 500c? its cos my pictures freeze on sky sports and some toher channels and i got a splitter and then brought a booster ive tryed everything but still the same even reflashed dk 1.1 but still no luck its ok sumtimes.

I think this is what il need my DM-800 hangs randomly on both PLI-And gemeni i also tryed LT5 with bootloade 62 in image..seems to work fine but i cant get or find correct config

is this fix just for dreamboxes or can it work on DBOX2's???

I am newbe into dreambox DM800 running Gemini2 3.8 also I am running with Barry allen on USB flash with the following images: Gemini2 3.7, Pli and Nabilsat.black hole. my question is what is secondstage? and what can it do for me? does it run on LT only or you can install with any images? I do have a lot of freezes but I am not sure if this will fix for me. I will appreciate any assistance. Thanks

Hi, I received my box last week and still struggling with it. I have around 60 peers and as soon as I try to move my old server to DM800, the lan just gets hung.

By the way my box already has bootloader 67. I have done and tried everything possible.

Any help or advice?

I have now tried some of the new images, gemini3.90 and newnigma2.2.3 etc. Also tried to upgrade gemini 3.80 with secondstage bootloader 67. And for my dm800 67 is a disaster. Frezzing every 2 min to 30 min.

Tried to downlad seconstage-62 from this tread, but every time I get corupt file.
Really need the 62 version of the secconstage bootloader. Could someone please put a link here for a download that works?

So called secondstage freeze fix

I never had any freezing problems with my dm800 till I installed the so called freezing fix secondstage-67 now it freezes all the time, I have been looking for the 62 fix to try and remedy the 67 fix, not tried yet, but here it is hope it helps.
