there are images in the download section (it says downloads in red at the top of this page) i dont know if it has the digitalworldz v2 image mentioned by pudzy but if not try google .

OK. Used dream up. connected great, box alive. Tried dw_v2, dk and darkstar. All failed when flashing. A box comes up saying: user aborted. exit.
Do you think my box is u/s or can it be saved.

Hi all. Connected a null cable and used dream up. box was pinged and came back alive. Tried to flash with dw_v2, darkstar 2 and dk. each time i got the message,( after flashing for approx 20 secs) user aborted, exit. Am i flogging a dead horse here guys, and is my box dead. I have used this box for satellite for 3 years in Spain, with darkstar image, no probs. Only had this problem since trying to put the dk image off this site.

that message is an error message meaning you will need to try another version of dreamup ,had the same trouble and i just kept downloading different versions of dreamup untill i got one that worked.

Have tried 6 versions of dreamup, including latest from dream multimedia. Have tried flashing with origional gemini 4.2 but to no avail. everything is ok until it starts to flash, and after a short while i get the message: aborted by user, exiting.

OK.
Found a good dreamup at last! Flashed dk image. Thanks for the help on that everyone.
Now more problems. When i go into the the expert menu, i click on th dk panel, which takes me to the next page, extra settings, but there are no settings, and the box freezes, can only get out of the box by cutting the power. Have tried things such as reinstalling, etc, but nothing.
Also, where do i find the brute scan menu? I can see nothung for cable, but only satellite setup.

where did you get the dk image as it may be corrupt ,download it from another source ,try link 2 in my signature area .or maybe look at a different image .

hie there please can you help i been trying to flash my dm500 c with dreamup fine but the problem come on the channels .very few channels are showing picture or some are saying moved used several versions like gemini,dk v1. where iam i going wrong tried factory resect no joy..

Hi Mate.
I am not scanning. I was told to flash the image and then go to ssp1 and wait 5 or 10 minutes. i have checked the panel, and cant find anywhere to scan, only satellite. I would be grateful for any help. Cheers, Andy.
