DM500 anyone in cardiff area

dbox 500c just gone off EVERYTHING gone whilst watching it any1 else this has happened to??

any info at all would be good!!

Yes I have exactly the same problem, something has obviously just been changed. Anyone know how to fix this?

I've just done a bruteforce search but all the channels are still down.

Ok, I see what they've done - they've changed all the channels so now the bouquets don't work!

I went in to the 'Last Scanned' bouquet & most things in there work, one thing I did notice is that different region BBC & ITV channels aren't working.

Bottom line is you're now going to have to redo all your bouquets. Could have been worse though!

same here no bbc1 got some channals back, but dont no what they done, just doing scan now channel name comes up but on the bottom it saying unknown

this is stage 1 of N3 implementation. it goes;

1) Channels re-organised/NGTV setup/N3 Stream appears
<< a month or so >>
2) New cards start arriving for legit boxes
<< 3 or 4 weeks >>
3) N1 stream turned off, channels gone

at the moment, you're stage 1. re-scanning will pick up the channels on their new freqs but you'll have to sort them yourselfs.

& I've solved the problem resetting box doing bruteforce UK etc didn't work 4 me....

had to rescan my dbox as well with commando 11

BTW peeps just had to re FTP (2nd time) to get all channels back

had to do it twice cos it wants to jump to this one channel called cable0000000000 which got rid of channels again so 2nd time i deleted it as fast as i could seems to have done the trick so far!!

any1 else had this happen??

also when i try & back-up my back-up's not there any suggestions?
