Hi folks,
I'm having a problem here with a new Linux Blackbox 500C and thought i'd pass it through the board before contacting the reseller (got the box through the advertised link, using the discount code)
I have had a genuine DM500C for over a year and had no problems at all. It was recently running the image DK1.1 without any issues.
I have received the Blackbox this week and have flashed it with DK1.1 (arrived flashed with DK1.0 FTA). It has been working fine for a few days, then today I noticed that ALL the channels were appearing mangled (image gets mangled by rather large squares, quite often green - visually similar to VLC getting issues while steaming from a Dreambox onto slower computers, for those who know what I mean). The sound also gets corrupted, to a point where you don't hear a thing anymore.
I did unplug the box for a bit and after a few hours, plugged it back and everything was working fine, but after a few minutes powered on, it's starting to display a mangled image on all channels once again. I think it gradually gets worse until I unplug it again then let it cool down...
Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance for your help,
Oxyd
