Belfast, all channels went off

Hi. Thanks for your hard work. I have been using the PLI Jade image for one of my two boxes for streaming. The PLI jade image works best for streaming. I have uploaded the bouquets and services files to the correct areas but tha box with the PLI Jade image does not seem to recognise the changes. The only way it works is to use the bouquet editor which is very tedious. The box with the DK image presents no problem. After uploading there is a "reload channels" option in the DK manager suite. However there does not appear to be anything similar for the PLI Jade image.

Having the same problem

Bouquet editor 3.0.3 doesnt seem to understand Pli Jade. A bit funny cause I used a B. editor on this image last time - maybe not B.E though.

I have to agree. Pli I have found is the best image for recording and streaming out there though in my experiance. Beats neutrino hands down on that.

I'm a newbie here too and live in glasgow.. all my channel went off.. just wondering if you guy could help/advice me what to do..
