Hi Bros,

I'm really in need of some help here.. I'm using a HQK 3388, there's been some lag in the show lately, and the lag is getting bad as time goes by. I've switched off the power switch, on the back of my HQK 3388 box. When i switched on, i could only see the red light but there are no green light. I'm not able to on my HQK 3388, any more.. Does any Bros out there had expreiences before?
Please kindly share and assist, really in need of some help here.. Thank you so much in advance...

Dont really know if it true or not since u got exactly the same problem like mine.they told me got to buy a new one. i knew the 3388 is an old model and very reliable not so much problem only change the card once a while. Now I'm looking for the 500c.
so if they any kind soul who can direct me in getting the 500c ...

For those 3388/900/901 etc that hv red light on but wont start-up. Open Box cover-> look near the P/S for a chip 1117 -> connect a 100uf 16v cap to the center pin and GND (cap -ve to GND), the box should start-up. Do at your own risk. I take no responsibility.

do u have the cable schematic to flash the set-top?

Flash the .ar file and box key change to FF FF... and enter key code 00 and 01. But 3388 still locked. Please help.
