I wanted to do a backup of DM500C-II image. This is a special set up box and it is not possible to get its IP address using the same procedures as stated for DM500C. I patiently pinged DM500C-II using the dot prompt command and finally got a response at IP address 192.168.1.64 as follows:

I input this IP address through a usb-serial RS232 converter and a null modem cable to DM500C-II using the fileZilla site manager menu. After establishing a connection, I got an error message: Cannot connect to server. Anyone knows what could have gone wrong?
