How to insert keys in dreambox 500c

i have loaded the new image but i still get black screen ojn channels but fta channels are Ok so i neet to insert new keys in dreambox i have tryied using the flash XPpro and i get can not connet my box to insert keys can anyone help

Hi did anyone using dm900c in singapore? How to fix the master reset problem?
As i know the aucard will expired after i year , is there any way to reset the timer and let the aucard work again?

Hi all,

I've just got my Dreambox and have flashed it with the dk ver 1.1 image.

When i connected to the box via my PC using an FTP program there wasn't any key or scce folder in the var folder on the box. I copied the folders and contents to the box from the PC. Then I plugged the box into the TV, scanned for channels. Went to Sky Sports 1 (Does it need to be Sky Sports 1) held down the "info" key and selected evocam.

After that the screen goes blank.

Did I leave out anything? Could the keys be outdated?

Help as needed to insert the keys into the DM500C seem that flashpro or other software cannot access into the box to input the keys there.
