New UK cable keys - see here

quick question, my mother in law has a dreambox, not a d-box how do you get to the keys on that machine, not sure what kind it is but we can't seem to get into fix the keys.

Anyone got a step by step instructions?

Kelly if the image running on the dreambox doesn't have tuxbox commander in it, you won't be able to get to the keys file using the remote. Check pressing the yellow or blue button for the tuxbox commander program.

If you can't find it, you'll need to connect the box up to a PC or laptop and access the files that way. Or if you want to install the plugin, you still need to connect it up to a PC.

has the keys changed again . i got it fixed last night using the keys that was posted

Hi guys just to let you know I havn't changed my keys from when this started happening and my db500 was up and running again before the last key change at 16.50 .

i m trying to enter the keys kaos provided but after entering and saving nothing happens
when i go back on tuxbox commander the 00 key automatically changes to
n 5401 00 8a6....... instead of n 5401 00 a86 which i entered before the reboot
can any1 plz tell what am i doing wrong?

Not sure it is affecting it but have you AU turned off ???
