I'm unable to see any graphic when I switch on my box. Is there any ways to resolve it? I have tried keying pw 9701 but it can't seem to work too.

for those china imitations (excluding "hk" set, only for dm900cII to dm500cVI) if you encounter "insert smart card"..

Try do a automatic quick scan and restart your set after that..

If still cannot, try to key in your key 00 and key 01 manually...

How to go into the manual key update menu...just key in 9701 using your remote control, it will bring you to the manual key update menu...

please take note its only for the cardless boxes...those boxes with cards needs to either get your card updated or buy new cards.

DM 500C II unable to work!

Hi, I juz got my DM500C II. Was told that it doesn't need to do anything on the set up. Juz connect n play..

But the set I got is unable to screen any channel.

It only shows the list of channels. But the error message says 'No data'

I've tried scanning, but failed.

Can anyone help me???

im having problems with my dm500cII.. initially able to view many channels, now ..most channels are not viewable. Did a re scan but to no avail.

Can anyone assist in giving the code ?
