      ok cheers.

ive got the general gist of things but could i just ask you if what im doing is alright.

      1) flash commando 10c image using flash image assistant.
      2) connect dbox + pc via ftp prog (e.g.filezilla, cute ftp or flashfxp) then add all those keys, emu's and bouqet + service files.
      3) restart dbox and then search for all channels...

      does this sound ok??

      thanks

hi all. got it up and running. i added the keys, emu's and service + bouqet files. scanned the channels with fast scan off.

only problem left is that the epg is taking time to load.... any guesses.

Try rebooting your box as your box as just updated the k#ys so the first time will take a long time or restart your emu,

                        Keys into var/keys
                        Evocamd Emu in to var/bin/emu
Bouquet & service files in var/tuxbox/config/zapit

Services.xml is created when u do a scan. if you setyourlocation first, then reboot - when u go to scan it should have the correct settings for your area. do a fast scan and thats when it creates your services.xml

depends if u want to try different emulators....evocamd most use and if that works ok stick with it.....other one that auto-updates is mgcamd.....gbox and newcamd can work but will not au and camd2 is for fta, soas long the img has room u can put in as manyas u like....some other files may need editing to use gbox, newcamd, it's img dependant
