bootmanager has completely failed to send the box into reset. I have discovered that with the IFA the box will go into reset first time. I am starting to think maybe my bootmanager file is wrong

Some feedback here. I have now managed to go all the way after resetting the box in the bootmanager. But this command ''cp 10000000 01000000 1000'' is coming back as Unknown command. Therefore even when i finish everything the box is getting stuck with ''Reset....'' on the LCD with no sign that it has gone into the debug mode.

I have looked all guides and they all have this command. Where am i going wrong please?????

Thanks for all the help. I have discovered some quick access to the reset function.

What i have now done is to start the Image flash assistant, connect the box and it will start flashing 'reset'. I power off the box, close the IFA application and start the bootmanager. I then power on the box and it will went straight into reset allowing me to SHOT it. I have now managed to put it in de bug mode, flashed the commando 10 image, flashed the service files via flashFXP. But i am still only getting the free channels. I am going wrong somewhere but i am almost there.

Can anyone give me link to service files for birmingham, coventry?

          thanks

Glad you sorted the debug out commando is a fta ime you will need to ftp the relevent files to var/keys and evocamd to var/bin/emu and chmod755 it then go into the dbox menu and enable the softcam (evocamd)
Ps we still need to learn you how to use the thanks button aswell i think............................................. .....................

you need to use a program called Flashfxp you can get it from here
Digital Kaos - Downloads - FlashFxp there is guide included.

For your service file all you have to do is scan.
To do this press the blue button/then on commando menu/then on set location. Set your location to your area then the box will reboot. After reboot press the dbox button then go to service then press on service scan then turn fast scan off turn bouquets to create new then press on scan.

When you are connected to your box then go to var/bin/emu then transfer this file
                Code:
                http://rapidshare.com/files/204429615/evocamd.html
After the file as transferred right click 0n the file go down to properties left click then change attub to 755 the press ok.

Then go to var/k#ys and transfer these files
                Code:
                http://rapidshare.com/files/204431182/Keys.zip.html
After the files have transferred press the blue button on the remote/then on reset camd after the camd has resarted go to sly sports 1 untill clears 5 mins max
