Install dboxmanager untick everything except com and set to 9600
click start it should go to the com window if it does hold the up button in on the box and power it up
let go of the up button a few seconds later
it will do 3 march tests then stop post what you get.

Go back to an old Sportster Image and flash with IFA. The one in the link below is the Ultra has both 1.02 & 1.73 (it will only scan in 1.73 mode, this can be changed by pressing blue button, blue button again and toddle to preferred one).

When using IFA make sure you select the extracted image. With the box powered up hit the start button, you will be prompted to hit OK then power up the box. Just hit OK then count to 3, unplug and plug back in.

When complete close the IFA before rebooting the box or the flash will start again.

              Code:

Make sure your networkcard is set to 10baseT_halfduplex or 10half mode and disable any antivirus and firewalls
also try this version of ifa

It does not seem to be flashing is your networkcard is set to 10baseT_halfduplex or 10half mode

                              Kill all your Fire walls
                              And make sure

you need to look for flow control, duplex, media type or connection type
drop the value tab arrow down and set to 10baseT_halfduplex or try automatic or autosense

Sorry Fergal you was posting while i was searching ......Paul
