when you done a rescan, click ok for bouquetts, then hit the red button for all services, it should be highlighted in there as a new channel, then put into original bouquet.

VM are doing some transponder changes at the mo..

could be a signal issue. Make a note of the BER and SNR now and next time it comes on, also check connections.

Post signal readings here (BER SNR etc) by pressing red button then blue. Could be a signal issue

          Aftermath - SNAP mate!

i did have a little look last time it seemed ok also done a rescan after i cabled it up straight to the wall socket i have had situations in the past relating to poor signal but usually only scans a hand full of channels never leaving just one out it seems strange

seems a signal issue but it looks more like it could be an old freq and has been moved to anther frequency. What image are you using? In the service scan menu make sure 'sections scan' (or 'autoscan' ) is turned 'on'. Also reload 'channel list'. if channels are moved this automatically finds the channels, though they could be found in another bouquet eg unsorted check other bouquets too. Hope this helps

old services file wont work if the frequency changed after saving this services file. Check for an up to date services & bouquets files in the dload section for your area or make a request for a latest working services file quoting the area you live in. Somebody in your area might have a working file and help you.

By the way how did you update the image to be able to do the bruteforce scan on laky sylas?

Recently I lost the e4 and e4+1 channels and in the bouquet editor in the dbox-services menu I deleted these non-working channels from my 'freeview' bouquet. These moved to the 'unsorted' bouquet. I kept on 'reloading channel lists' every time I sat to watch telly. And after a few days I got a 'new channels' bouquet with the working e4 and e4+1 channels which I transferred to my 'freeview' bouquet.
You have to make sure sections scan is on and it should (hopefully after a bit of patience!) find the channels not already found.

Another problem could be weak signal causing the channel to not work. If you have a signal booster might be worth a try scanning with the booster connected. My dbox does not work without a booster as the tuner is weak
                            Hope this info helps
