hi iv got commando 12 iv done a re flash. iv added the files that are on this page but still when i go to do a scan the frequencies dont change and i cant get any channels. what am i doing wrong? is there a step by step guid on how to get this image up and working.
help me please.

did u set your location before scanning? look in the menus

yes i had a look in the area it comes up manual input and than just goes from ok to cancel cant move to set it. i dont know what to set it to if i could. im in darlington county durham area

SML Data for Co Durham is not known. That's because nobody who lives there has bothered to tell us the settings, so we can include them in the SML database. And the manual input screen is disabled in C12 (It tells you to input the data directly to the Fast Scan menu, if you know the settings).

If you've updated to C12.1.2 - then your best bet is a Brute Force Scan, using the 'Create new VM Bouquets' option. Takes around half an hour.

OK - a progress report, then...

EPG crashing first seemed unique to ntl pure areas that had converted to the new channel map. Random and, despite extensive logging in sectionsd debug mode, impossible to pinpoint a reason.

As FreddyFr0g (our sectionsd modder) is in TW, and couldn't replicate the crash, we were tearing our hair out. But Freddy's area is now updated as well, and he is getting EPG crashing too. So it shouldn't be too long before the culprit is apprehended.

Be patient please, guys. If it crashes, no need to reboot- just go into the blue buttons EPG Menu and find your existing EPG Mode, which is marked < ACTIVE alongside. Highlight it and press OK - and away it'll go again.

Great work on this release PaphosAL & all - Not sure if its something on my side but WingrabTV no longer works with Commando v12... as soon as I downgraded back to Commando v11.3 it worked fine.

I had an error message in WingrabTV every time I started streaming the dbox channel on my PC that mentioned connection refused or similar.

i am struggling to get mu dbox working. just installed commando 12 and just found your update. i will let you knw how it goes
