help needed plz dbox2 nokia sportster 1.75

hi all i have just puled out my dbox witch i have not used in a long time,

i have plumed it all in but i cant get it to work it all powers up fine and boots ok,

but when i go to scan channels it does not do anything also it seems to have still got old chanels on there from a long time ago,

i have moved house since then how do i resolve this problem thanks any help would be nice

Have you moved from an ex NTL to TW area or vise versa?

If so you will have to scan on a different frq

it was a good few years ago when virgin just came out might ov even been ntl,

i am now on virgin media area swindon wiltshire,

when i scan for chanels it says finished ok but there are chanels on my list but no pic?

try flashing new img with flashfxp, (comm 12) is quite easy to use. then just add the magic and sevices and bouquets and do a scan, should sort it 4 now

so what is the best img to put on the box also is it easy to do

well ive just put command 12 on my nokia 2x and it works fine and yeah this was the first time i have ever flashed a box myself and i worked it out straight away.

just use flashfxp from d/load section, works with e/net cable and just put the files in correct places reboot box and away u go m8.

Bear in mind that you'll need to apply last Monday's Update in order for Bruteforce Scan to function properly, plus a couple of other enhancements mentioned in the C12.1.2 release notes in that post.
