On standard neutrino images, Audio Description can only be turned off on a per channel basis. And there's no guarantee the individual settings will be maintained after a reboot.
On Commando 11.3 and 12, Virgin+ 3.0 and ultraPhat Apocalypse, there is a cool LraiZer option in Audio Settings to turn off AD globally for ALL channels! It is the the default setting in the release versions.

there are a couple of extra audio options in the ultraphat apocalypse image. it has the following 4 possible audio setting combinations.On standard neutrino images, Audio Description can only be turned off on a per channel basis.
