ex 1000sl cant pick up any channels

i am having problems with the ex 1000sl i have picked up some channels but it keeps on saying scrambled channel and no audio data/video data can anyone help me and also tell me how to pick up more channels please i dont know what to do?

connect the box using a direct feed mate.. and then do a power scan and you should get the available channel.


first of all are your recieving any FTA channels?

And have you plugged the feed into the RF IN ?

ive tried all that but it doesnt work ? what am i supposed to do do i need new firmware! or keep on tryin

First thing you need to do is to make sure you are scanning at the correct symbol rate ...
