Has this happened after any recent Firmware updates. Is it a Eurovox blue genuine or clone.

it happened after new firmware not sure weather it is a clone or original when you take casing of there is red blob on power board with casing on there are 12 slots across the reciever i ewas told i needed to jtag i got the jtag from & instructions from tailor made circuits went through all the the instuctions got to the bit where it ask what box do you have then went into standby My other box has just died and doing nothing they are both eurov blue 2006
