eurovox blue stuck on standby

hi,
i have a eurovox blue clone and its stuck on standy, red light is on and its displays --:--
on the lcd...i tried the jtag and it was successful, now when i try to flash the clone fw it dont detect my receiver.if i manually select com 1 and power down and then on the receiver it starts the flash but fails at the end....its and endless loop, i cant get out of standby and cant flash, pls someone help ?....

im gutted as its christmas and the kids got nothin to watch :-( it had to happen today...

sounds like u have flashed the wrong iamage 2 it

oh rite, ok....anyway i can rectify this ?...

It is possible that you have flashed the wrong firmware. Are you sure it is a blue clone & not a red. Also, sometimes when it says fail at the end of downloading, it has actually accepted the download. Check it on your tv & se if it will update codes before flashing again.

i have tried but it still does not get out of standby mode...

I had a similar problem with my Replaybox. It was stuck in standby & was not able to flash wth the latest bin file. I ended up having to flash it with an old version from las year. Managed to get it out of standby & I'm using manual keys until new firmware is relased. I think you should try to put back on the old firmware from April 08. Hit download & power down to force flash it. Good luck.

hi, im stuck with PEAA on the display now and tried jtagging it all goes well until i power off and then on and the same error displays again....i have tried everything but no joy...anyone got any old clone firmware and tsop files ?...

still nothing my friends.also after checking the vent holes on the top i only see 8,which i think is a red.it still is stuck on PEAA
