Eurovox 5100 no channels

scrambled channels

Hi there , thx for the info on here managed to get channels tuned , only problem i have now is most are scrambled :S any ideas?

have you flashed the box with latest filmware m8?press menu go to config and system information what is the s/w ver.

Hi there , S/W ver is 1.0 st4 jan 06 2009 and H/W ver 2.0t k5 +d , Bootstrap v001 and s/w build is kuro

Press Menu then this will show,



Press OK on the language settings you will then see a box like this with 4 columns.



Now type in your remote 1968 fairly quickly making sure you are within range, you will then notice a new column appear at the bottom called emulation, make sure it is set to enable,



Once you have set it to enable make sure you save and exit (blue button), it should now be working.

Hi i have just bought a 5100 and all i get is scramble channls could it be the symbol rateing and how do you find out for my area. any help thanks

If you bought from lincsat then you will need to flash the firmware on to it. Even though he says he has flashed it he hasnt.

New to the forum has St. Albans now been moved to N3 also ?

Got it working again now, just looks like there is a lot of doubles ect.
