Download a fresh copy of the loader and firmware directly to your old PC. Do not use the ones on the memory stick and then try again, as said persistence will eventually pay off when doing a hard boot.

hi satsmo, i have the digivox , going again , got the file to free it , its back to the normal menu" , have scanned for chanells. , have them on the tv list, all of them , but its saying (data being updated 0% ) " i have the emu set to on , and the provider im useing (named ) in the box , i could put the codes in the code box , if i have too , but i was hopeing that the box would update itself on auto , thanks again ranger ....

Power off the box from the mains for a minute. Power it back up and make sure emu is on. Put it on Sly Sports and see if it updates.

???? Do as I said above or do a factory reset and scan again, turn emu on and let it update.

hi satsmo, i have tryed powering off , like you said , and trying to update on sky sport, the first time i tryed it ,it was flickering on and off , looked like it was going to start, but no" i have , the emu on , and ntl in the scann box , ,i tryed a factory reset, still saying( 0% updateing ) the s/w verision , is v04-1.00 bk boot v 01 date 29 nov.2008. any ideas , im in dublin , on ntl thanks ,,,,,,, ranger

what box have u got old silver with vers 4300,or all black digivox xl v1250,

wrong firmware i have v04-3.000bk 01 22dec 2008 for silver digivox only.

the digivox i have is all silver , could be 2to3 years old , its is not xl model , will that firmware v04-3.000bk 01 dec 22/ 2008, work here in dublin , on my box , i was stuck in chld . for a wile with the other ver v4300 ??

yes running ok in dublin,factory reset first,flash with v4300 and let box reboot before removing cables .read back a number of posts link is there.

This is the latest firmware for your model Digital Kaos - Downloads - Digivox V4300 and downloader 10 is the correct loader, which you must be using.

You can get it here you may a corrupt loader, so worth a fresh install.

Carry out a factory reset, turn off the box from the power for a minute and then back on. Keep trying a hard boot flash as said it will work eventually.

in blue digivoxv4300 i downloaded it so it works
