Eurovox 2006 stuck on standby! HELP!

can someone tell me what the c14 is, im trying to fix a blue eurovox that is stuck on standby. i belive the correct firmware is installed cheers

Its a capacitor on the power supply board,

Both, you run the first file then add the second by selecting browse and locating where you downloaded it to on your PC, once selected press download.

Just watched a guide on Youtube and the guy said that if you upload the wrong firmware (i.e. genuine firmware on a clone, and clone firmware on a genuine box) on to your box, it's basically ****ed.

Can anyone confirm this??

I was just reading back through your thread, (its quite long) and you do not want to put the clonesafe firmware on that box mate!!!! it wont last long if your sure its an original eurovox.

Do you have another eurovox at your home that you could get a CDF from or as said you will need to try it at a friends house.

I just tried my Eurovox in the other room and it still said no transponder to scan???

No, i dont have another. My mate has one but how would i get the CDF from his and onto mines?

Someone said earlier in this thread try another feed.

Your mate will have to be in the same area as you or it wont be any good.
