I have sent him a PM to have a look when he gets time but I don't think there's much more you can do apart from sending it back, its very hard to help any further unless I have the box in front of me.

Best of luck hope you get it sorted.

I got the pm cheers. But as I said in my reply, you need to do as HiTeck said and send them back, even the opened one. They will replace them, they have done so before.

For three to go at the same time its not just a hardware issue.

Thanks, i will be sending them back (all three), i would just like to ask, is the box in the pic i posted a clone or genuine box? i ask this as i would then know if i should ask for a refund or replacement.

              Thanks!

As Satsmo said he did reply to me and confirmed to me as thought after seeing the pics it was a genuine EV, either way it makes no odds, send them all back also send him the link to this thread if he refuses to refund you also let us know of the outcome .

I think you have just confirmed that 24/2 firmware is a clone killer

The thing is, the boxes have been identified as genuine, but you could be right, they could be very good clones.

I think its the latest firmware that has a lot of problems? If you fix them by Jtagging them? Try the version before February. I've heard a few complaints from people with the same problem.

Hope you get it solved> For 3 to die its definately a problem with the software on the box. The parts inside arn't cheap chips. I can't comment on the power board though
