e4 and other channels not working

I am in Hertfordshire and I had the same problem yesterday, no E4, Film 4 etc. Just done a quick scan and all channels back as before.

I'm in the Nottingham area and can't seem to get E4, Film 4, Gold etc back. I've tried quick scan and power scan but still nothing. Does anyone have any idea of how i can get the channels back?.

I lost e4 film 4 and a few others, re-scanned but forgot to back up my channel data! Is there any1 with a decent channel list for ex7000 in yorkshire? If not does any1 know an easier way to sort the list... last time it took ~~~~ing ages!
