nishy just noticed you in leicester. did you scan on the symbol rate 6887 thats for your area. if not do it again else you wont get any channels

yes wilf i did it for 6.887 as i am in leicester and when the scan finished, it went to channel one and it was blank and i cheked a few of dem and all of them wer blank with the message saying "code is being updated!" and i will have to reset them again in order,
as there all in random order agen, umm the deep scan will take long like 2 hours or somin, so if it doesnt com
bak on sky sports 1, can i jus input the codes agen manualli 4rm menuu is that ok ?

yes you can input codes maually, but if you sure you have latest firmware on it should auto update rather than putting keys in

i need to add the latest firmware on still
cant do that without the laptop,
so just doing it manualli
and i just manualli input them now too
and the channels are there jus needs re orderin

thats why it wont open the channels then input the keys manually until you get your laptop

coz i ent put in the latest firmware, damn
it propa scared me, i thawt i lost them all,
i manualli entered the keys 4rmm menu
and got back the channels wilf hehe
and then jus set a few of the ones i regularly see in order
wheyyy the ones da werent wrkin are bak toooo

somebody has just rung and said that he's heard that there is a new firmware coming out for the eurovox max v and red and blue boxes , is this true or is it already out ?
ive not used my box for a couple of months now due to getting into the sat side of things , but ive just plugged mine in and done a scan and five ,sky one setanta 1,2 have gone plus many more
ive used the software from around chritmas when virmin did there last big hit ,is this the latest firmware or is there newer and if so can somebody point me in the right direction to get it

First fing.......yes there is firmware out 4 UK boxes...

im in leigh ,wigan pal ,and ive got that software thats in the download section ,
pal says he has heard that theres some new software coming out very soon and he always seems to be in the know
are virmin playing with the signals ?
and what do i need to do to get the channels back on ?
ive got 50 mg broadband with them and over the last couple of days that has been playing up could that have something to do with loss of channels?

hi power2, so sorry for the late reply, yes i did get my channels back, wot i did was i did a scan on my box by the menu settings
read this : http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...settings-9789/ and follow the instructions and scan the box and you will get ur channels bak, need any help u can message me or rite on dis thread and i will help u
