    no audio/video data message on eurovox ex1000sl

    hi i have a eurovox ex1000sl, everything was fine till this morning then i got a "no audio/video data" message on channel 5, how do i sort this problem, im on VM in the edinburgh area if this helps, thanks in advance.

        do you pay vm subs if not then you may have been cut of try another box on the same feed

          hi mate, i dont know if you sorted your problem but if you didnt here`s what you have to do:-

          go to the affected channel
          press info twice
          make a note of the frequancy
          press menu
          go to installation
          fast install
          enter pin (usually 0000)
          press red
          move down to fav sort
          press side button to turn off
          press exit
          find the affected frequancy
          press ok to put tick in box
          press green

          the screen will go blank for about 30 seconds, then the channel should be sorted, and all your channels will still be in the correct order. if any other channels are showing the same message or scrambled channel, then just repeat this process.

            go to the affected channel
            press info twice
            make a note of the frequancy

            go to installation
            fast install

            press red

            find the affected frequancy
            press ok to put tick in box
            press green

            I've just followed instructions and channels are back - just wanted to ask isnt this a manual scan? Only reason im asking is because channel order has been lost - this normally happens on a manual scan but just thought u'd found a way of keeping channel order!
