All channels gone missin!!!!

I was having signal problems so i reset factory settings and downloaded the firmware again. Now when i do a power scan it doesnt find any channels. Anyone got any ideas?

did you scan on the correct symbolrate
maybe for some reason or other you have lost your signal

If you are using a splitter on the feed remove the splitter and attach the cable directly to the incoming feed then rescan maybe try a deep scan. Also check that the factory reset has not altered the settings for the symbol rate for your area.

one channel froze this morning for me too.
Did a rescan but another channel was frozen, now i have the same problem as verl08

Everything seems to be working again now!! is there a way to boost the signal on the eurovox ex5000 cos the signal is rubbish?

what signal are you getting
there is the option to enable the signal booster in the menu/config options

Thanks for pointin that Signal Booster out. Everything seems to be sound now! Will it Boost the signal enough to allow a split to another box?
