Channels still scrambled - Help Please

I have flashed the box with the firmware but only very few channels work. The rest (95%) are still scrambled. Can anybody help with this or give me any other ideas on how to unscramble the remainder of the channels.

hi i am having trouble downloading the file EX1100USB_SEP01.rar any ideas?

what problem u having? just need to download it on to ur computer then drag back in to usb.

i would say flash again... or try a differant firmware.
