to be fair Ian did reply to me,
the box looks fine except the display is squint, that is my only quallam, and the box is working fine.
i am just going to live with the display as it is, it is annoying but hey ho, we can't all have it perfect i guess.

At ?180 it should be perfect.

If we produced stuff like this we'd have no Customers.......

Hi everyone, i am new here,
i ordered a Eurovox 7000HD from bubblesupplies, just received the box today, and i am not 100% happy.

just wanted you guys to put my mind at rest,
has anyone ever ordered from here ?

the box i received does not look 100% mint condition, the plastic on the front panel is all smudged, like someone has tried to clean it with cleaning fluid, and the display panel is not aligned, it looks squint, i am at work just now, so will not be able to connect it until tonight to check if all is ok.

just wanted to see if anyone can confirm they are a good company, as the box does not look new, and not worth the money i paid for it.

Never a problem with quality or delivery here in Ireland. Received discount from these people for quantities also.

Maybe the Raid on Bubble was Trading Standards -- for selling full priced sub-standard items.............

Ordered EX1100 USB last Thursday, arrived Friday morning working no probs. Would use them again.

he just confirmed to me it was a brand new mint box, and the display would have no effect on the running of the machine, the box does work perfectly fine, just the display is slightly squint, i dont see any point in sending this back and waiting for a replacement.
i have heard that some eurovox boxes are not precision made.
but i am quite happy with what i have got,

I certainly WON'T order from BUBBLE SUPPLIES again. I feel totally ripped off! The box was clearly a second hand one or a refurbished one. I paid ?189 for next day delivery but it was not sent for 5 days. The sound on the box cuts out when using 5.1 surround sound mode. I called them twice and was fobbed off each time. They said they would get back to on each occassion but NEVER did. I paid a premium price because the rep sounded genuine on the phone and I didn't mind paying more for a top spec product! In reality I have paid over the odds for a second hand product, which doesn't work properly and due to the 20% charge for returns fee (in the small print) and the fact that I have modified the software, means that I am stuck with it.

Anyway, perhaps I can claim on the insurance! (as I feel like I've been robbed - LAUGH)

Recieved my EX7000 monday 48 hr delivery. flashed and running ok. Just need a good user friendly FW now editing channels a b*** ache at mo.

i purchuses a box from bubble in febuary it arrived the next day despite the country being covered in snow it work straiht out the box and has work fine ever since i would not hesitate to buy from them again

The EX7000 has a protective membrane on the front which can looked like a damaged front panel, I have had a few of my customers complain about it looking used, until they removed the membrane.

As most of you know, there are issues with the firmware, none of the un-authorised boxes have firmware support like the subscribed boxes. The build quality could be better as well.

It's not that I'm sticking up for a competitor, just trying to explain the situation which would apply to all sellers - the issue of showing units as dispatched when they are awaiting stock is a different matter however.

ive bought all my boxs of them and never had a bit of bother up to this week thats because all boxs in ireland now gone , if you send it back they will send you a new one there really good .

i bought a Eurovox 1100 USB from bubbles last week, turned out that in my infinite stupidity i had the box sent to the wrong address, they gave me the number for ParcelForce (should have been CityLink because of Next Day Delivery) ParcelForce sorted out a problem i had with Wizardsatellite, wrong delivery address, called Bubbles back and got CityLinks number, Bubbles then sorted everything else out from their end, i personally couldn't recommend them any more, next day delivery took 48 hours, but that was my fault tbh, they were much more helpful and friendlier than Wizardsatellite
