Eurovox ex1100 usb Channels

Hi

This morning I had all the channels on my Eurovox box. I decided to install the b3ta update to remove the card 0 problems.

However since that moment i cannot find any channels.

I have now reverted back to the original firmware and keep doing a power scan to no avail.

Please help as I;ve searched all the forums and cannot find an answer.

are you scanning on the corect symbolrate
have you got the cable feed in the correct socket

I have the cable in RI

and am not sure if I;m scanning on the correct channel as input for Eurovox 1100 USB seems to be different.

What should freq be and which option do you use to find channels?

Fast Scan
Deep Scan

as all the guides do not seem to have these options (?)

according to the area doc your symbolrate should be 6887 so make sure that is selected on the symbolrate screen

When the box was working... i reset the factory settings, has this wiped anything that I need to put back on?

as it makes no sense that I made it work and now it will not pick up any signal

What I dont understand is...

when I first installed it and i exitted menu mode it came up with "no signal"

When I press exit now it comes up with "no channel"

What does this mean?

I'm so sad as was so easy to set up last time and since I re-flashed it, it hasnt worked since (

doing a reset removes all chanels and puts settings back to default it does not remove firmware etc.
all you need to do is powerscan but make sure you are scanning on the correct symbolrate, if you scan on the wrong one you will get nothing.

Stop Freq = 110 mhz
Symbol Rate = 6997 Mbaud
Symbol Rate = 0
Symbol Rate = 0
Symbol Rate = 0
Modulator = 640AM
Step = 8Mhz
Fav Sort = On

Brings up prompt:

No program found almost istantly

all others are correct

ALRIGHT ! A little further on.. the channels came up on this search.

but now when i exit the menu

the screen shows: No Signal ?!

but all channels are installed /
